Can you use a G-Speed eS Pro with an Atto R380

Postby Bright1 » Jun 5th, '14, 02:48

I have been given a G-Speed es Pro with data on that I am supposed to be able to read, but my PC only has an Atto R380 controller. The raid array is not recognised on my system. Should this work, or do I need an Atto R680?

Hi Bright1,

Thanks for posting. The main difference between the R380 and the R680 is the speed of the connection. You should be able to read it. You may have to use the automap option within the atto config tool.
