G-Drive with TB, 4TB - Router/LAN Connection

Postby strukaj » Aug 14th, '14, 09:01

Connected to ASUS RT-N66U Router via USB. Router software recognizes drive on LAN but says unmounted. Drive works fine when connected direct (USB) to MBPro. Any idea how to get the drive accessible on network?

Hi strukaj,

Thanks for posting. You may want to check with ASUS to see what file systems are supported for their nas function on the router. HFS+ file format may not be supported.
