Will a PCMCIA / Cardbus adapter card power my G-Drive Mini or G-Raid Mini?
Most PCMCIA and Cardbus adapters PC 32/54 cards are not designed to POWER external devices.  (Some may include external power supplies for this purpose)  Bus powering is possible when directly connected to a USB or full size FireWire connection on your computer.
