What kind of RAM should I use to upgrade the cache on a G-SPEED XL
By default the RAID controller features 256MB cache (512MB on G-SPEED XL and is upgradeable to 2GB
The correct RAM needs to be a Non-ECC 667MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (SDRAM-DDR2, 1.8V, CL5, Double-Sided)
A good example is Kingston's KVR677D2N5/1G
