I cannot login using the web address

Ensure that you are first connected to the G-CONNECT by selecting the device in your Wi-Fi Networks list. You must be connected to the G-CONNECT before you will be able to access the content. Once you have verified your connection, open your preferred browser and type in the URL http://www.gtech-connect.com.
