How do I convert my video to acceptable formats for your iPad?

The iPad supports H:264, MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG in specific file formats like .mv4, mp4, .mov and .avi. To get the most out of your G-CONNECT video experience, convert your video to the iPad supported formats by obtaining a third party app and convert.

There are a variety of apps available to help you do this. Search the web for: "Convert video to iPad format" and select the app that works for you.

Follow the directions for installation, conversion or trans-code and saving. Then copy the video to the G-CONNECT as you would any other content.
