My G-Safe is running warmer than normal and the fan is not turning on. How do I fix this?

Answer: To resolve this issue you can either re-boot the unit or press the ENT button and up arrow button to view the temperature/fan speed. This will engage the fan to cool the unit. This is not dangerous to the drive or any of your data. If this issue continues please contact Technical Support so that we can verify if your unit requires a firmware update or repair.
