My G-DRIVE ev is not recognized on my G-DOCK ev through Disk Utility

My G-DRIVE ev is not recognized on my G-DOCK ev through Disk Utility

If your G-DRIVE ev is not recognized on your G-DOCK ev through Disk Utility, make sure that the plastic SATA end cap is removed from the back of the G-DRIVE ev before plugging the G-DRIVE ev into the G-DOCK ev. If the plastic SATA end cap was removed and the G-DRIVE ev is still not detected through the G-DOCK ev, try plugging the G-DRIVE ev directly into the computer using the provided USB 3.0 cable and see if the G-DRIVE ev will be recognized that way. If the G-DRIVE ev is still not recognized, please refer to the link below for additional trouble shooting steps.
