I installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) on my PC and now my G-RAID (Legacy) is running slowly. What can I do to regain performance?
SP2 limits the performance of all FireWire devices (We don't get that one either...). In order to get your G-RAID to operate optimally with SP2 we have updated the firmware to overcome this issue.

ONLY install this is update if your G-RAID serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) falls within
106010001-111010001 - newer units already include this update
