Installing a RAID controller for your G-SPEED eS

Installing a RAID controller for your G-SPEED eS

The G-SPEED eS requires a Host Bus Adapter (HBA) in your computer to provide eSATA capabilities. The card needs to be port-multiplication aware and installed in the proper PCI slot for proper performance. Lower performance cards are usually 2-port 1x cards, and the higher performance cards are generally 4-port 4x cards. To install the RAID controller, follow the instructions provided by your host adapter manufacturer.
