I forgot my password, do I need to reset my G-CONNECT?

I forgot my password, do I need to reset my G-CONNECT?

If you have forgotten your password you can use the Password Hint to retrieve your password. This is the password hint that your provided during your G-CONNECT setup. There also may be certain situations in which you may need to reset the G-CONNECT device. In order to reset the device, first make sure the device is turned on. Then push and hold the small round button labeled Wi-Fi for roughly 10 seconds or until the Status LED begins flashing. Once the LED has stopped flashing, restart the device. When you reset your device, the Wireless network SSID name, favorites and preferences will not be saved, however the content that was previously loaded on the G-CONNECT will still be available.
