Connecting to G-CONNECT over ethernet using a web browser

Web Browser Access on Mac OS

To access the G-CONNECT Web Application when the device is connected to your home Wi-Fi network via an Ethernet connection, follow the below steps.

1. Open your favorite Web Browser on your Mac.

2. In the Web browser address field, type in the name of the Wireless SSID for your G-CONNECT followed by ".local". For example a user with a Wireless SSID of "MY-G-CONNECT" would type "my-g-connect.local" in the Web browser address field.

3. You will be redirected to the G-CONNECT Welcome page where you can access additional tips or sign in to the Web Application to manage your G-CONNECT or view your digital content.

To access the G-CONNECT Web Application when the device is connected to your home Wi-Fi network via an Ethernet connection, follow these simple steps.

1. Open your favorite Web Browser on your Windows PC.

2. In the Web brower address field type in the name of the Wireless SSID for your G-CONNECT. For example a user with a Wireless SSID of "MY-G-CONNECT" would type "my-g-connect" in the Web address field.

3. You will be redirected to the G-CONNECT Welcome page where you can access additional tips or sign in to the Web Application to manage your G-CONNECT or view your digital content.
