Unable to play home recorded movie's

Most video cameras capture video in specific encoding live AVCHD and may require some processing / editing. Please check with the manufacturer of your video capturing equipment and editing software to ensure the output files may be encoded and saved as a supported file type.

If you've edited and processed your video, verify the encoding, settings and file formats are supported by the G-CONNECT iPad and iPhone Mobile App.
